Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cactus Air Designs.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

Tumblers take 2-6 weeks to complete (depending on the time of year) plus they have to sit for a minimum of 5 days before shipping.

Once that has been complete your order will be mailed within 2 business after that via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you and should be delivered within 5 business days. Once USPS has possession of the package there is little, we can do but we will do everything in our power to assist you if a package gets lost. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping rates are calculated through USPS so they will vary depending on where the tumbler is shipping to. The farther away from Arizona the more it will cost but USPS is the most reasonable price to get your tumbler shipped to you. Rates can be as little as $6.00 and go up to $15.00. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we will do our best to assist you in finding your package.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Unfortunately, Cactus Air Designs or its affiliates/employees/owner etc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or never delivered, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

We cannot control circumstances once the item has left our hands and this is why we don't accept returns as well.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the POST OFFICE or CARRIER of your package.


Returns Policy 
No Returns or Exchanges due to the nature that each item is unique and custom made.
