Cactus Air Designs is a laser cutting and engraving business based in Arizona, owned and operated by Terrie. We create handcrafted wood items, engraved tumblers, and personalized gifts made to order in our shop. You can reach us at terrie@cactusairdesigns.com.
2. Use of This Website

3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in US dollars.
By submitting an order, you confirm that all personalization details — including names, dates, spelling, and design selections — are correct. Cactus Air Designs is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at terrie@cactusairdesigns.com with your order number. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
5. All Sales Final — No Refunds
All sales are final. Cactus Air Designs does not accept returns or exchanges and does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or carrier-related shipping delays.
If your order arrives damaged in shipping or contains an error that is our fault, we will remake and reship your item at no charge, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund & Return Policy available on our website.
6. Production & Shipping
Production time is currently 5–14 business days, depending on the item ordered. Shipping times are in addition to production time and vary by carrier and destination. We ship within the United States only. Cactus Air Designs is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our shop. Full shipping terms are available in our Shipping Policy on our website.
7. Email Communications
By placing an order, you will receive transactional emails related to your purchase, including order confirmations, mockup approvals (where applicable), and shipping notifications. These emails are necessary for order fulfillment and cannot be opted out of.
If you subscribe to our marketing emails or newsletter, you consent to receive promotional communications from Cactus Air Designs. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

9. Product Descriptions & Natural Variation
We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, because our items are handcrafted from natural wood, there will be variation in grain pattern, color, and texture from piece to piece. These variations are not defects — they are part of the character of handmade goods. Screen colors may also vary from actual product colors depending on your monitor settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cactus Air Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
