- Display Ready: Includes an attached brown hanging cord ready to display right out of the box.
- Production Time: Made to order in our Arizona studio. Please allow 7–10 business days per item for crafting before shipment.
- Returns Policy: All sales are final due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged ornament and original packaging, and we will make it right.
