Made One Layer at a Time
I laser-cut every layer on Dusty Rose here in my Arizona studio. The wood has real maple veneer on both sides with a basswood core, so it’s lighter than MDF without feeling flimsy. After the pieces come off the laser, I sand and stain them by hand.
