Welcome to the studio. We believe in straight talk, desert-tough quality, and protecting the artistry that goes into every piece. Here is how we roll at Cactus Air Designs.

🪵 THE BEAUTY OF HANDMADE (REALTALK)

We aren't a big-box factory, and we don't want to be. We work with premium Maple and Baltic Birch—living materials that have a story to tell.

• Grain & Glory: You might see knots, swirls, or "beauty marks" in the wood. These aren't flaws; they are the fingerprints of nature.

• Stain Personality: Every piece of wood drinks up stain differently. While we aim for consistency, your piece will have its own unique soul.

• Screen vs. Reality: We photograph in natural Arizona light, but your phone screen might have its own opinion on colors.

🚫 CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Because Terrie and Dusty Rose (the laser) start your custom journey almost immediately, we have to be firm:

• No Take-Backs: Once an order is placed, production begins. We do not accept cancellations.

• Final Sale: Every item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We don't do "buyer's remorse" returns or exchanges.

📦 SHIPPING & THE $200 CLUB

• Production Time: Good art takes time. Most items ship within 5–7 business days.

• The Guardrail: Shipping is a beast. To protect our small studio, Free Shipping is reserved for orders over $200 (Lower 48 via UPS Ground). Under $200? The shipping calculator at checkout is the boss.

• The Hand-Off: Once your art leaves our workshop and gets a tracking number, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We aren't responsible for their delays, "lost" treks, or delivery mishaps. If they mess up, give them a bark—they have the GPS!

🩹 DAMAGES & "WHOOPSIES"

We pack our art like it's headed for a bumpy trail ride, but accidents happen.

• The 48-Hour Rule: If your item arrives damaged, email us at [Insert Your Email] within 48 hours.

• Receipts, Please: We need clear photos of the damaged art and the mangled box it came in so we can hold the carrier accountable. Do this, and we’ll get a replacement moving for you.

☀️ KEEP HER PRETTY (CARE)

Our art is a homebody. She likes climate control and soft lighting.

• Indoor Only: Keep it out of the rain, the bathroom steam, and the blistering direct sun.

• No Chemicals: Dust her off with a soft, dry cloth. No water, no Windex, no drama.
