Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

“You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Because our layered art is handcrafted, please note that "processing time" is the time required to create your item before it is handed to the carrier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping is calculated based on the final cart total after all discounts are applied.

Carrier Preference: We primarily utilize UPS Ground for our layered art to ensure the safest transit.
Delivery Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or inclement weather.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipment to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

P.O. Boxes: For the safety of our layered art, we utilize UPS for most shipments. Therefore, we cannot ship our Art Signs to P.O. Boxes.
Military Addresses: Cactus Air Designs, LLC proudly ships to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All military orders must be shipped via USPS.
Customs Forms: While these are domestic rates, a Customs Declaration form is required by the carrier. Please ensure all rank and unit information is entered correctly at checkout to avoid transit delays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cactus Air Designs, LLC is not currently shipping outside the United States. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).

Damages

While Cactus Air Designs, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping, we want you to love your art. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and notify us at the email below so we can assist you through the process.
