What sizes do you carry?
Most designs come in five sizes — 20 oz skinny, 20 oz tapered, 30 oz traditional, 40 oz traditional, and 32 oz hydro bottle. A few designs are available in 30 oz and 40 oz traditional only. Each listing will tell you exactly what's available for that design so there's no guessing.
What is an electroplated tumbler?
It starts as a stainless steel tumbler with a metallic finish — black, white, or colored base with a gold or rainbow metallic overlay. When the laser hits it, it removes that top layer and reveals a bright contrasting engraving underneath. The result is sharp, detailed, and permanent. It looks expensive because the process actually is more involved than standard engraving.
Is the engraving really permanent?
Yes. There's no ink, no vinyl, no coating applied on top. The laser physically alters the surface of the tumbler. It doesn't fade, peel, or wash off. Hand wash only will keep the rest of the finish looking good — but the engraving itself isn't going anywhere.
How long will it take to get my order?
Production time is 5 to 7 business days before your order ships. Every tumbler is made to order — nothing is sitting pre-made on a shelf waiting for a label. That production window is baked in from the moment you order.
