The sliding lid is manufactured with a slight alignment variance. It functions exactly as it should, but returns are not accepted for minor lid alignment or minor manufacturer imperfections.

Is this design printed on or laser engraved?

Laser engraved. The design and personalization are permanently engraved into the finish — the laser removes the outer black or white coating to reveal the gold or rainbow metallic layer underneath. No vinyl, no stickers, nothing to peel or fade.
What is the difference between the color tumbler options?

They start with the same shiny black or white outer coat. The rainbow version reveals a metallic layer that shifts from purple to teal to green to gold depending on how the light hits it. The gold version reveals a clean, bold gold metallic layer — high contrast and classic.
Can I add a name to this tumbler?

Yes. Enter your name in the personalization field, spelled exactly as you want it to appear. The name engraves on the back — placement is vertical or horizontal depending on the font selected - block font will go on vertically and cursive will go on horizontally. Please double-check your spelling before submitting. Personalized orders cannot be changed once they are placed.
How long does it take to ship?

Production time is 5 to 7 business days before your order ships. This tumbler is made to order, not pulled from a shelf.
How do I take care of it

Hand wash only. No dishwasher, no microwave, no soaking. The engraving is permanent and durable, but the electroplated finish does not love harsh detergent or heat.
What is included with the tumbler?

Your tumbler ships with a sliding lid (leak-proof per the manufacturer), a clear plastic straw, and a care instructions card. It is all packaged in box with a window that will give a peek of the design. Ready to be put in bag or place a bow on top and give it as that perfect one of a kind gift.

What is the handle lid upgrade?

For $5.00 you can add a handle lid in the color of your choice. It screws directly into the tumbler then screw the clear sliding lid into the handle adapter and now it gives you a built-in grip for carrying.
